We are looking for a motivated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our client’s teams and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilising.
• Maintain garden areas by planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Trim and shape trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
• Conduct seasonal clean-up tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing.
• Operate and maintain ground maintenance equipment and tools.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care.
• The ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Valid driving licence and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
