Hays are delighted to be working with a public sector organisation based in Belfast City Centre to recruit a Group billing and expenses supervisor for an ongoing temporary role.


Your new role

You will play a pivotal role in providing support and control function for travel and subsistence, support the staff benefit portal, administering the weekly agency timesheet processing and interface preparation and ensuring accurate and timely payment of group bills for utilities.

You will be responsible for:
  • Corporate credit card management
  • T & S system support
  • Group billing for utilities
  • Agency timesheet
  • Employee benefits support


What you'll need to succeed

  • Possess one of the following qualifications or equivalent: 1) final examinations of AAT or IATI 2) Foundation papers of a CCAB body, 3) Relevant degree in a relevant subject e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business, 4) HND in a relevant subject e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business,
  • You will have advanced spreadsheet skills
  • You will have experience in using a management system in a transaction processing environment
  • Be familiar with reconciling activities
  • Experience of group bills or payroll processes
