Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the English department, ensuring the delivery of engaging and effective English lessons. You will oversee curriculum development, mentor and support other English teachers, and monitor student progress. You will also be involved in school activities and events, contributing to the overall development of the institution.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Extensive experience teaching English at secondary school level
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff
