Head of Hard FM job in Bristol, £350 - £450 per day, 6-month interim contract

Your New Company
Hays Building Services are assisting a public sector organisation in Bristol with the recruitment of a Head of Hard FM to join their team.

Your New Role

You will manage the Hard FM estate maintenance services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective services and the achievement of expected activity, financial and quality targets. You will deliver various maintenance contracts associated with the Hard FM services utilising good governance and value-for-money strategies, including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire and building maintenance BMS control.

You will also line manage estate maintenance services and support managers, ensuring joined-up service delivery and integration as well as provide technical support and advice to the maintenance department staff and capital project managers.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will have experience in a senior estates or facilities management role in an NHS setting or other large public sector organisation, including accountability for a significant budget as well as excellent people skills.

What You’ll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a daily rate between £350 - £450 per day depending on experience on a 6-month interim contract.
