Head of Investment Data & Research
Head of Investment Data & Research - London | Hybrid 3 days a week in office
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive research studio environment that supports self-service analytics and model building
- Democratic analytics and model development into a self-service function, enabling investment teams to independently create and deploy their own models
- Work closely with the Head of Investment Data Platform to ensure the analytics infrastructure supports efficient data processing and advanced analytics capabilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with senior leadership across the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics to drive business growth and operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed:
- Experienced, capable and thoughtful leader with significant experience of building, leading, developing and motivating teams
- Data technical expert, ideally in investment data or a related field in Financial Services or a related industry
- Higher order strategic thinking with the capability to turn ideas into action – in this role you will be responsible for forming, articulating and executing a plan with support from dedicated product and engineering teams.
