Your new role
As the Head of Reward, you will play a pivotal role in the People & Culture department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing total compensation management services, covering pay policy, annual pay reviews, job evaluation, benefits plans, and pension schemes.
- Advising on a strategic plan to transform the existing reward and recognition offerings.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and thought leadership in the field.
- Leading the Reward & Recognition specialist team and ensuring regular review and maintenance of policies, processes, and procedures related to reward, recognition, and payroll
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in reward management, compensation, and benefits, ideally within the higher education sector.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, pay structures, and pension schemes.
