You will be working for a leading provider of housing, care and support services based throughout the UK.

Your new role
As a Floating Support Worker your main responsibility will be to provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable residents, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working to existing Support Plans. You will help your clients to sustain their tenancies and involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing and refer onto more specialist staff where required. The role will require signposting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FLOATING SUPPORT ROLE AND YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience working with vulnerable adults sector and understand the issues affecting those in supported housing. You will also need to be confident when dealing with individuals with challenging behaviour and proficient at using Microsoft packages, with excellent team work skills, demonstrating both collaboration and respect with peers and customers.
