PERMANENT HR ADMINISTRATION JOB IN SHEFFIELD (HYBRID) UP TO £27600

Working within the Education sector, the role of HR Administrator is due to an increased work load.

Your new role

We are looking for an HR Administrator who can support the People Team and a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will develop strong working relationships, be solution focussed and be able to work independently.


Duties:
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Pre-employment checks
  • Starters and leavers
  • Contracts
  • Personal Changes
  • Monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Mileage and Expenses claims
  • Absence management
  • Data input
  • First line HR advice and guidance to all staff
  • You may be required to carry out complex record keeping, interpretation and presentation of data and information.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have had experience of working in an HR department (you will have a distinct advantage if you have worked on ITRENT). You must have first-class communication and problem-solving skills.
