Your new company


Hays are delighted to be supporting their long-standing client in securing a talented HR professional at HR Advisor level. This interim post will see the successful candidate support with ER casework and contribute to the wider HR team.


Your new role


You will have experience of interpreting and applying knowledge of employment law, regulations and interpreting HR policies. You will have experience of coaching line managers in their approach to ER issues and upskill where appropriate.


What you'll need to succeed


You will have a background in leading formal employee relation cases and conflict resolution. You will have the ability to assess and advise on risks associated with a variety of options, decisions and actions. You will look to mitigate risk and both coach and empower managers on individual situations in line with policy and practice.


Due to the urgent nature of this role, you will be immediately available for work or due to finish your current contract imminently.

What you'll get in return

Excellent rate of pay between £38,297 - £44,613

Guaranteed contract until October 2025
