Hays is pleased to be working with a leading provider of high-quality textile rental services across the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors to appoint a skilled HR Business Partner to support its expanding workforce and ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
Your new role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing a high-performing, engaged, and satisfied workforce that aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation. You will oversee all HR functions, lead employee engagement, drive internal development, and initiate succession planning for all roles.

Drive internal development and initiate succession planning for all roles.
Responsible for driving recruitment and implementing HR strategies.
Support various HR processes to align with business objectives.
Responsible for HR reporting that aligns with the strategic objectives of the PLC group.
Ensure compliance and provide insights into workforce performance and trends.
What you'll need to succeed
A Third Level HR Degree or equivalent
Proven experience as an HR Manager/HRBP or similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment
In-depth knowledge of employment legislation in both ROI and Northern Ireland
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Staff and customer-focused approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
