Your new company
You will be working as a part-time (3 days/21 hours) HR Manager, for a small membership body based near Charing Cross. The role will be recruited on an 8-month fixed-term contract, and is to lead the delivery of a number of HR projects. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 2nd April.
- Duration: 8 months (end December)
- Salary: £25,500 - £26,800 per annum (£42-44k FTE)
- Hours: 21 hours per week
- Days per week: 3 days, with 1 day in the office (Monday)
Your new role
The role will report to the Director of People, within an organisation of 60, and is required to lead on HR Projects. You will also work alongside an HR Officer.
- Review induction and onboarding process, to make and implement improvements
- Undertake HR training needs analysis
- Update and amend policies
- Deliver training to staff on HR policies, performance management, probations, recruitment etc and also training on technical skills and soft skills
- Leading on personal development across the organisation, arranging events, recommending career development opportunities to staff
What you'll need to succeed
You must be available immediately, and be able to hit the ground running, leading on HR projects. Candidates from a standalone background may suit well.
