A leading manufacturing business in Lancashire is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their team. Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for HR management throughout the organisation, supporting 250 employees. You will oversee key areas such as employee relations, policies, procedures, recruitment, learning and development. You will also be responsible for developing a small HR team and working closely with other managers on all HR-related matters. Innovation, a creative approach, and streamlining HR processes to drive efficiency and employee engagement are crucial aspects of this role.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in a HR management role, ideally within a similar manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage HR teams and work with management at all levels.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher is preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
