HR Operations Coordinator needed for a financial services firm in London
Your new company
You will be working for a financial services firm in Central London.
This role will be fully office based and require someone to be in the office 5 days per week.
Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Coordinator for an initial period of 6 months however there is potential for a longer opportunity within the firm.
As part of the global HR Operations team, the HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivering an effective, efficient and professional operational HR support service to the business, ensuring delivery against SLA’s and providing first level support, escalating appropriately and ensuring SLA’s are met with the highest levels of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in HR Operations.
Ideally you will have experience using Workday and Servicenow however this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on previous experience.

- Payroll and benefits support
- Data management
- HR reporting
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in HR Operations.
