An HSE Manager job opportunity based with an established manufacturing organisation based in the Sout Midlands

Your new role

In this role as HSE Manager, you will lead site and group-wide H&S activities, improving the safety culture across the group and implementing a water-tight HSE strategy. This role comes with a lot of opportunity for the right candidate, with the chance to truly make a mark on a great company, with plenty of areas to implement world-class HSE practices and techniques.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this position you will need strong influencing abilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate the importance of HSE to all levels of staff across the group. Alongside this, you will need to have vast experience in a fast-paced, challenging manufacturing environment with a track record of improving safety with tangible results.

What you'll get in return

In return for acquiring this HSE Manager role, you will receive a salary of around £50,000 dependent on your experience, a company car, discretionary bonus and other competitive benefits, including plenty of holidays and discount schemes.
