Your new role

Providing support to advisers and clients dealing with all aspects of financial planning administration, working closely with the paraplanning team. Key responsibilities include assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is contained in meeting packs, processing new business for investments and pensions, liaising with insurance providers, chasing up any outstanding information, submitting new business in line with compliance requirements, producing valuations, uploading client information using back office systems. A very varied role working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with people at all levels and professional introducers.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience of working in financial services administration is essential, preferably gained within an IFA firm and a good understanding of pensions and investments. The role also requires high standards of professionalism, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills.
