Implementations Project Co-ordinator | Newcastle

Your new company

Our client is seeking a results-driven Implementations Project Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle.

Your new role

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget and time constraints.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of new clients to the company product suite.
  • Oversee and track the progress of various teams ensuring that all required tasks are completed on time.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on project milestones, dependencies and any roadblocks that may impact deadlines.
  • Lead status meetings, resolve bottlenecks and drive accountability amongst team members to maintain momentum in project execution.
  • Meetings with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
  • Document and review client feedback on practice set up and ways of working to ensure all operational items are captured for training & onboarding requirements.
  • Monitor project performance and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide high level customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the implementation journey.
  • Assist the Head of Conversions in developing and implementing Processes and Work Instructions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive and adaptable approach
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Proven track record of successful project management, preferably in software implementation or the healthcare sector
