In-house Paralegal: Corporate / Commercial

Your new company

A private holding and investment company with a rich history in venture capital and private equity. The company is expanding into sectors such as mining, energy, infrastructure, and technology. The central hub of operations supports group companies and originates new investment opportunities, maintaining high professional standards in a friendly work environment.

Your new role

As a Paralegal, you will support the CIO and CFO by reviewing and drafting contracts, handling legal queries, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with statutory and governance requirements. You will work closely with the Company Secretary to maintain compliance and manage legal documents related to investments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of previous Paralegal experience

  • Experience with commercial contracts, drafting and reviewing

  • Ideally, knowledge of the financial regulations and previous experience working in-house within a Financial Services company

  • Experience as a Paralegal within Investments / Private Wealth would be an advantage but not essential.
