Inside Sales Executive, Portishead, £30,000 (+ £10,000 OTE), Golf Company, Immediate Start!
Our client, an industry-leading Golf business whom specialise in branded products and distribution solutions across the UK and Europe, are looking to recruit a confident, personable Inside Sales candidate to join their Portishead office. Based in a fun, sociable atmosphere with the genuine ability to progress/earn fantastic money, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client have been established for over 30 years, and have grown extensively in that timeframe. Catering for virtually any sector within Golf Retail, they offer incredible value for money on all products and are a trusted partner for Golf courses across Europe. Due to their continued success and desire to grow, they are actively seeking the right candidate to expand their offering across Europe (primarily across the Netherlands). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting new ranges/initiatives to drive sales
- Building an engaging, positive relationships with customers (Golf clubs/courses) through maintaining high standards of customer service/care between interactions
- Growing existing client spend through regular catch-ups/cross-selling different products
- Working to sales targets/expectations
- Meeting with clients (Golf Clubs/Courses) across the Netherlands, in order to generate/develop businessIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working to sales targets
- Articulate telephone manner
- Interest in golf (or, at least, sports!)- Fun, sociable personality
- Genuine desire to earn fantastic money!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: additional £10,000 on top of salary)
- Fantastic progression opportunities (as the team continues to grow)
- Opportunity to travel overseas to meet with clients (expected European travel: 1/2 days a month - of course fully expensed!)
- Amazing working hours (Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm / Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm)
