We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Building Surveyor to join an ambitious team for a six-month contract, with a high possibility of extension or opportunity to progress into a permanent position. Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you will conduct detailed building surveys and assessments, oversee and manage refurbishments and re-propose projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders as required.

A competitive daily rate is available, calculated based on qualifications and experience, to be paid to you on a weekly basis across the duration of your contract.

- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Relevant qualifications either in building surveying or construction.
