Interim Estates / General Practice Opportunity - 6 Months - Reading
Your new company
As a qualified Estates / General Practice Surveyor, you will have an opportunity to join a renowned and historic public sector estate on an initial interim basis for six months. Located in the heart of the UK, you will be working within a vibrant campus which is home to a diverse and inclusive community of stakeholders from across the world.
Your new role
We are seeking an Estates Surveyor with a commercial property background to oversee the management of assets across a consolidated portfolio. This role will involve overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and also ensuring that tenants and building users receive a high level of service.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to possess a relevant qualification, alongside a membership or RICS. Proven experience within a commercia property management setting will be important, ideally within a client-side / public sector property environment.
What you'll get in return
In return, we are able to offer a competitive and flexible daily rate of pay alongside a six-month contract position. You will be paid on a weekly basis across the duration of your contract, which is also likely to extend beyond the initial six-month period. All work will be based from state-of-the-art facilities in Reading.
