Interim HR Organisational Change Partners – Immediate start - Trade Union/Works councils - £320 per day umbrella
Working for a leading global technology business.
Working as an HR Organisational Change Partner, you will support the HR leadership team to lead and organisation design and integration programs.
You will oversee the end to end planning through to implementation of a range of complex change initiatives including organisation design, restructures, relocations, harmonisation of terms and conditions amongst others. This will include project managing organisational change programs and target operating model review.
You will manage negotiations with Works councils and work closely with the HR team regarding change communications to the business.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have experience of leading people change from initial stages of scoping through to implementation gained on organisation design roles.
You will have a strong background in organisation design work gained in a complex matrix business. You will have proven experience of leading negotiations with Works Councils and Trade Unions and will be able to demonstrate your strong project management methodology.
You will be able to work at pace and be quick to influence and engage at a senior level.
It is essential that you can start a new role immediately (week commencing 29th July) and can commit a contract working in a hybrid manner from the London office.
