As Interim HR Specialist you will support the team with an increased volume of work. You will manage ER casework, provide advice and guidance to managers on a range of ER issues including performance. You will also support the business in a range of other HR duties including supporting with the post integration of workday.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a proven background in generalist HR roles gained within an insurance/ professional services background, where you will be able to demonstrate managing a range of ER casework as well as using and upskilling the business in how to use Workday. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can work in a hybrid manner from the London office for 3 days per week. It is essential that you can commit to the 6 month duration.
