c£550 -600 per day inside scope

Working for a leading technology brand.by developing structured learning pathways and capability-building programs and designing and delivering Change Champion onboarding programs, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to drive change effectively. You will also partner with the Global Change Lead, Central & Functional Change Managers and functional leaders to
embed a learning culture that supports change maturity and develop and implement learning interventions focused on change management, leadership, and business transformation. You will also be required to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee readiness for change.
The successful candididate will have a proven background of working in Learning and Development in a global matrix environment where you will have designed learning initiatives to support change and transformation. Experience in onboarding and capability-building initiatives for change leaders and Change Champions and familiarity with
instructional design principles and adult learning theories as well as digital learning platforms is also required.

It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level.
It is essential that you can start a new role at short notice and can commit to the contract duration.
