Your new company
I am looking for an Internal Communications Manager with experience designing and delivering upon cross-cultural change communications strategies. We are looking for someone to ideally start in early Feb 2025 and has experience working autonomously to design and deliver upon a strategic communications plan. The globally recognised firm is located in Central London. The Program Director is looking for someone who is ready to bring their unique energy and innovative ideas to the team and uplift the current culture! They will expect you to make an immediate impact.
Your new role
You will work alongside the Communications team, however, report directly to the Program Director to support change campaigns and internal communications projects. Within your role, you will generate employee engagement and positive cultural change through projects such as event planning; profile building to recognise people in the team; and staying on top of stakeholder management to steer ExCo members to follow through with firm initiatives and the communications plans. At a time of business change, have the opportunity to develop and deliver multi-channel strategic communications campaigns and reignite internal employee networks. The Program Director is looking for someone who is energetic, creative and motivated.
