IT Risk & Project Controls Manager - Outside IR35 - On-site Role
Your new company
Working for a Defence Consultancy as an IT Risk and Controls Manager. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be on-site 5 days a week in the Southwest.
Your new role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust and enduring PPM environment, developing and introducing risk processes and tools, and managing risk. Additionally, you will create, introduce, and communicate RACI, RAIDO, and Risk Management Plans. The role involves establishing and implementing routine reporting, developing appropriate MI tools and presentations, and setting up a reporting drumbeat. The successful candidate will also construct, devise, and implement risk training, support PPM training and communications, and aid in the introduction and operation of a robust PPM governance framework and associated processes. Working with PPM colleagues, you will commence monthly Holding 2 Account (H2A) against performance, time, and cost, and support the PPM Lead and Programme Manager in delivering the programme.
What you'll need to succeed
- APM qualified, experienced in Risk Management and Project Controls environment
- Min 2 years relevant experience in a complex, secure, defence environment
- Active DV Clearance is required to be considered for this role.
What you'll get in return
Outside IR35 contract role - up to £350/day
6-month initial term (likely to extend)
