My client is a major IT consultancy firm, delivering into an end client that have a high priority, urgent requirement for an IT Technician with expertise in Windows 11, laptop packaging & inventory reporting.

Key requirements:

Proven experience working as an IT Technician in a large, complex enterprise scale organization (minimum 5000 users)
Need to be on-site 5 days a week (9am – 6pm Monday to Friday)
Experience with ensuring equipment (i.e. laptop) is packaged and dispatched in a timely manner
Ability to prepare new Windows 11 devices and oversee end to end shipping to thousands of users
Experience with inventory reporting
