Your new role

They are looking for an Interim IT Technician to work with the IT Manager at the school. This will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students.

• Troubleshooting and managing software and hardware
• Use active directory to reset username/ passwords
• Procure, install and manage educational and office hardware
• Assist staff with hardware for lessons

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have:

• IT Qualification
• Experience of working in an IT Support role (education desirable)
• Passion for Technology, with good knowledge of Windows, PCs, hardware and software
• Great communication skills
• Willingness to work with children
• Able to work confidently on your own and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS
