About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to our users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS check is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log and manage incidents and service requests using the service desk management system.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant teams as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and security protocols.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications and networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enhanced DBS check (required).
