Junior Data Manager Required For Globally Renowned Bank

Your new role

Reporting into the director of global research, you will be part of a team within advisory payment negotiations/ investor client’s, delivering the bank’s client payment strategy/ supporting client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with efficiently/ effectively managing a shared mailbox with incomings from clients and rest of the department.
  • You’ll help maintain unbundled advisory agreement data.
  • Liaising with research sales such as equity, rates, credit, commodities and FX in the markets revenue team and internal management as required to resolve client queries.
  • Coordinate with research colleagues around the world.
  • Liaising with asset/ wealth managers, institutional clients operationally and responding to client queries.
  • Data entry - assist and liaise with internal and external clients and management.
  • Organise documentation to send to clients when needed e.g. research agreement templates.
  • Responsible quick learner able to work independently with reduced supervision (training will be provided for you!)
What you'll need to succeed

  • Methodical, efficient, disciplined with a great attitude and are a keen learner!
  • Familiarity with client managements systems.
  • Experienced within Operations/Technology environments.
  • Proven experience with managing mailbox’s – make sense of email chains and then streamline things, and are able to resolve questions/ queries and push to the right people.
  • Have some understanding of research products.
  • Good ability with MS Excel.
  • Strong experience in data entry.
  • Have some financial services experience within Capital Markets and a little knowledge on some of the following - equity, rates, credit, commodities and FX.
  • Strong client/ customer experience with confidence to interface with clients to understand and manage their daily needs.
  • You are confident with a great communication skillset – someone who is not afraid to pick up phone/ ask questions.
