Your new role


We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our client's team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and track issues using the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex problems.
  • Train and support users on various IT systems and applications.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
