I am working with a client to recruit a Junior Marketing Executive. This is a fully remote position of a 37.5-hour week and is an ongoing temporary role that requires an immediate start.

Please note that only candidates with Hubspot experience will be considered for this position.


The role:
Maintain and update email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
• A/B test email campaigns to optimise performance and engagement.

• Compile and analyse digital marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.

• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Sales, and Digital Learning, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

• Experience in digital marketing
• Experience of HubSpot is essential.
• Good understanding of email marketing best practice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills
• Proven numerical and written skills
• IT proficient with an ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and a familiarity with other bespoke databases.
