Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at a Primary School in South Gloucestershire. This role is based in Key Stage 1 and will be suited to someone who is passionate about the early stages of primary school teaching. Hays Education has various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools across the Bristol area. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area, we are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your commitments. The school will be looking for someone with strong behaviour management skills as the class will have a mixture of varying abilities; the role is open to strong ECTs. As well as day-to-day classroom abilities, the successful candidate will be willing and open to becoming a part of the school’s culture and embed themselves within the team, even for up to a week’s work. There may be some marking, planning and other responsibilities involved which will be ascertained before you start so that you can be remunerated appropriately. What you'll need to succeed

• You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
