Legal and Sales Administrator Job in Nottingham

A growing property management company with offices in Nottingham and across the UK.

Your new role

As a Legal and Sales Administrator, you will support the legal and sales team with a variety of duties, including filling out key documents ready for deadlines, responding to queries from stakeholders and handling these promptly with professionalism, generating invoices and reconciling these, liaising with internal departments, customers, and contractors, and assisting relevant departments with any duties necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and balance a busy workload
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and punctuality in working to time scales
  • Previous experience in a similar role will also be beneficial.

What you'll get in return

This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and will give you the opportunity to join a friendly and professional team which is growing. The salary ranges from £23,000 to £27,000 depending on experience and other benefits.
