Your new role

Seeking Legal Counsel to manage legal issues, support strategic projects, and provide regulatory and compliance support. Ideal candidates will have a background in insurance law and experience in litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on business written by Lloyd’s Syndicates.
• Provide legal advice on (re)insurance law issues.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts.
• Support non-claims litigation and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with global distribution channels and corporate underwriting.
• Develop template contracts and streamline legal processes.
• Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyer with a mid-level PQE.
• Specialisation in insurance law.
• Experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
