Lettings Coordinator

Hays are recruiting for a permanent Lettings Coordinator. This role is based in Manchester. Previous property/lettings experience is essential, flexibility is required for this role.
Your new role
You will provide excellent customer service over the phone, by email and in person. You will be acting on leads and enquires, delivering on KPIs, you will support the admin team, assist with referencing, provide advice and upsell when suitable. You will build relationships, deliver outstanding customer care and service, ensure customer information is recorded accurately, ensure customers receive relevant marketing, update the system, act on inbound calls and emails, follow-up leads and enquires, ensure referencing is carried out and criteria met, contribute positive ideas and any other duties required via the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in real estate/property, you will have strong IT skills, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, you will have a full UK driving licence, you will be comfortable working in sales, and you will be motivated with a willingness to learn. You will be able to work flexible hours; some evening and weekend work will be required.
