The nursery are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team starting in April. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and education to their children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's development, observing and assessing their progress, and maintaining accurate records. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all children can flourish.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an early year setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the nursery, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
