This nursery in Wolverhampton is dedicated to providing outstanding early childhood education and care. They create a nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of children from 0 to 5 years old, ensuring they have the best start in life.
They are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the learning and development of children aged 0–5 years in the nursery. You will be responsible for a group of key children, planning activities, logging their progress, and liaising with parents and carers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
  • Support the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the nursery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early year's education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
