Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Cheltenham. This role involves working with young children to support their early development and learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and patient nature, with a passion for early childhood education.
