Maintenance Supervisor, hands-on role, leading team in production maintenance

Your new company

Maintenance Supervisor job with a large and expanding manufacturing firm with proven ongoing investment and expansion in their facility. They supply UK and Ireland markets across a number of sectors to ensure they are always busy, and this diversity has ensured company growth.

Your new role

Hands on the tools and delegating maintenance requirements to the team, ensuring works are completed as scheduled and reporting to Operations on issues or improvements identified for the plant

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in preventative and reactive maintenance, ideally within production, and proven experience leading a team for maintenance

What you'll get in return

Working Monday to Friday days, a great opportunity to step into management and salary up to £50000
