The company has an opportunity to improve the KPI information and support given to the operational staff.

Your new role

You will be the Finance Manager within a small accounting department with responsibility for the full accounting process. Working closely with the owners and senior management team, you will provide good accounting support to run the business and support growth. You will need to review the current accounting systems and information gathering and make improvements. You will deliver the full accounting process.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll ideally be a fully qualified accountant or an experienced accounting professional with the ability to do the role. You'll have demonstrable experience delivering full sets of accounts, and you will be able to work autonomously and be confident enough to make improvements to the business.
