Mandarin-speaking IT Admin - Financial Institution - Up to £42K + Cash Allowance

My client is a well-known financial institution in London. In the course of expanding their FinTech department, they're looking for an IT Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain IT equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and support network, telephony, server, storage, and desktop applications.
  • Offer on-site user support and manage IT service processes.
  • Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage IT assets and uphold information security standards.
  • Perform daily IT checks and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with global teams and manage interfaces with the head office.
  • Participate in infrastructure rollout projects.
  • Maintain IT support processes and produce management reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in IT support, including network, desktop, phones, Windows 10, and GPO.
  • Preferred experience in IT infrastructure such as system monitoring, network management, database management, business requirements analysis, storage management, data backup, and information security.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in Madarin and able to read Chinese characters.
