Your new company is a boutique Lloyd’s Broker who possesses an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the shipping industry. They specialise in all aspects of Marine Insurance Broking. The company operates in a variety of companies worldwide, including Madrid, Miami, Bogotá and now also in Santiago de Chile with around 80 staff worldwide and 10 residing in the London office. Your new role will be working in the London Market team. Due to the expansion of the London Market team, a position for a Marine Technician has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as a Marine Technician means you will be working within the London Market team in a cross-class technical role, processing marine slips and processing claims. You will cover a variety of different classes, including Marine Hull, Liability, War, IV, and many more.

What you’ll need to succeed

Your previous experience as a Marine Technician dealing with both Premiums and Claims will contribute to your success in securing this role. You must have experience using Xchanging and the ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not essential.
