Your new role

Develop and implement the omnichannel marketing strategy in the UK, including product positioning for the portfolio, support for market access, market penetration, HCP and patient engagement.

- Define and build the market pre-launch strategy for global products: define market research and data-driven strategy focused on identifying the needs in the market and developing a strategy for entry.
- Develop and deliver robust marketing plans to improve market access and commercial performance. Develop long-term product lifecycle strategies aimed at maximising the value and the consistency of the brand.
- Work with UK leadership team to analyse portfolio performance and implement market strategies and tactics that can be successfully delivered against deadlines and budget with tangible brand enhancement.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Science, Business Management or similar, MBA or master's degree in marketing and Sales and/or Digital Marketing will be very valuable.

10 years + experience in a similar position in leadership Marketing roles in Pharma.
Understanding the pharmaceutical Rx landscape, market access, product positioning, pricing, promotion and placement aspects of the UK pharma business with relevant know-how on practical ways to improve profitability of portfolios.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
