This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Marketing Research and Insights team at a higher education organisation based in Bristol. You will assist the team in taking a data-first approach, providing high-quality and timely data analysis to support rankings and reputation-raising marketing activities.

Your new role
Reporting to the Marketing Data and Insight Manager, you will use a variety of IT packages and external data tools to collate, organise, and analyse marketing data sets. You will interpret reporting patterns and trends, highlighting and prioritising any issues for further investigation to support informed decision-making. You will manage ad-hoc requests for recruitment, rankings and reputation / Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and digital marketing-related data insights. You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues on related matters, including composing, reviewing and maintaining guidance documents to help users to interpret or access data correctly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of collecting, analysing and reporting on data, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good verbal and written skills, including the ability to present information in a concise manner, and to explain data and processes to non-technical staff. Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly the use of Power BI reporting and Excel.

What you'll get in return
£18.75 + Holiday Allowance. This is a three-month temporary position. Hybrid / flexible working options are available, but you must be able to attend the office in Bristol a minimum of two days per week.
