Local Electronic Provider Seeking Marketing Manager

Hays Marketing are pleased to be working with a local B2B electronics company in the Newbury area in their search for a Marketing Manager to lead Marketing efforts for the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing customer retention.

The Role
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and content plans to promote the company’s PCB and CEM services.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen and manage the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including website, social media, and industry publications.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide product positioning and marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and white papers.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertisements to generate leads and improve online visibility.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences throughout the UK and EU, ensuring effective promotion and lead generation.

The Candidate
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in marketing roles, within the electronics contract manufacturing or related sectors (aerospace, medical, industrial, etc.).
  • Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with experience in B2B marketing and trade exhibition management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data and trends and customer needs to shape marketing strategies.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software.
