• Develop individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.

• Utilise creative teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience in teaching Maths at various levels.

• Strong understanding of alternative provision and SEN (Special Educational Needs).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
