Motor Fraud Lawyer/Legal Executive sought after by reputable claimant personal injury firm

Your new company
Our client is a reputable personal injury firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting for a Motor Fraud Lawyer/Legal Executive to join their Liverpool city-centre office.

Your new role
This Motor Fraud role will see you handle your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated motor fraud claims including low velocity impact (LVI). You will also be expected to handle any other RTA claims if/when required. This role will require you to instruct counsel, attend conferences, hearings and CMCs.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, but those qualified through experience are also encouraged to apply. Previous experience handling your own caseload RTA files is essential and experience of motor fraud is beneficial.

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for RTA lawyers/legal executives to join a well-run firm and gain strong motor fraud experience. You can expect plenty of hybrid flexibility, a competitive salary and discretionary bonus.
