Experienced Motor Fraud Paralegal

Your new company
Our client, a prestigious global insurance law firm with offices throughout the UK, is currently seeking experienced paralegals or litigation executives to join their motor fraud or casualty fraud teams in Manchester or Birmingham. They offer flexible hybrid working arrangements and can accommodate remote working.

Your new role
As a Casualty Fraud Paralegal and Litigation Executive, you'll manage your own caseload of fraud files, from start to finish. These cases often involve exaggerated claims, staged accidents, and organised fraud. Your caseload will reflect your fraud experience.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you are an experienced paralegal with full litigation expertise or a litigation executive. Previous casualty litigation experience is required. Candidates with litigated experience in RTA, credit hire, fraud, and casualty are of particular interest.

What you'll get in return
You'll enjoy a highly competitive salary reflective of your previous experience, along with the flexibility of minimal office presence through predominantly remote working arrangements. Additionally, you'll benefit from opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and comprehensive employee benefits.
