We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Trade Specialist with a strong background in carpentry and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the maintenance and improvement of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing doors, windows, and cabinetry.
- Conduct plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
