Take leadership of the commercial team whilst collaborating with the senior team on strategic objectives and company growth

What you'll need to succeed

- Detailed knowledge of the UK Pharma market
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams nationally
- Strategic skillset and commercial acumen
- Growth mindset with XP in small pharma
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders of varying seniority
- XP in Neuro (desirable)
